Month to month, cancel any time. If a month comes up short, unused credits roll over rather than disappearing, so you never lose what you paid for.

What counts as an impression

One playback of your ad, seen by one rider. A single playback usually reaches more than one person, so we model 1.4 riders per playback, which is the standard for in-vehicle screens. We call it modelled because we do not pretend to count heads, and we will never tell you a reach number we cannot show you the plays behind.

Quick answers

Every campaign reports delivered plays and QR scans — weekly on Starter. Plays are the playbacks we can show you; impressions are those plays modelled at 1.4 riders each. A scan is a direct, attributable response.
