Terms of Service

Effective date: July 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at frontseat.io (the “Site”) and related services operated by FrontSeat Media (“FrontSeat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About our services

FrontSeat operates smart in-vehicle tablets that display advertising in rideshare vehicles. The Site provides information about our advertising platform and lets prospective advertisers and drivers submit inquiries. Advertising campaigns and driver partnerships are governed by separate written agreements; nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer of advertising services, employment, or a contractor relationship.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to submit an inquiry or application through the Site. By submitting a form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to provide it (including on behalf of a company, where applicable).

3. Inquiries and applications

  • Submitting an advertiser inquiry does not create an advertising agreement. Campaign terms, pricing, and deliverables are set out in a separate insertion order or services agreement.
  • Submitting a driver application does not guarantee acceptance into the FrontSeat driver program. Participation is subject to eligibility requirements and a separate driver agreement.
  • We may accept, decline, or discontinue any inquiry or application at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features;
  • Use automated means to access, scrape, or submit data through the Site without our prior written consent;
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are owned by FrontSeat or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Third-party links

The Site or our in-vehicle tablets may link to third-party websites, including advertiser destination pages reached through QR codes. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on the Site is accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontSeat and its directors, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrontSeat from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that the courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FrontSeat regarding use of the Site.
